1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging with Your First Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the service.

2. Deposit and Payment

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due when the website is complete and before it goes live.

3. Content Submission

Clients have two months from the date the deposit is paid to supply content such as text, images, and other required assets. Delays in content supply can delay the project and may create extra charges.

4. Review Process

Each build includes two review sessions before launch. Additional revisions outside that scope may be charged separately.

5. Hosting Services

If you choose the hosting service, this includes thirty minutes of updates per month, a rolling seven-day backup window, and an included SSL where applicable. Extra update time may be billed. If hosting payments are missed, the site and email may be suspended until the account is brought up to date.

6. Email Mailbox Responsibility

The standard mailbox allocation is 500MB unless otherwise agreed. Clients are responsible for monitoring usage. Additional storage may carry an annual cost.

7. Liability

Your First Website is not responsible for delays caused by missing content, client-managed mailbox issues, or unforeseen service interruptions. Website copy is built from the information supplied by the client, so spelling or factual errors in supplied content remain the client's responsibility unless separately agreed.

8. Changes to Terms

Your First Website may update these terms from time to time. The latest published version will apply.
